WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY?

We are based in Singapore and currently shipping only available within Singapore. Shipping options include SingPost Normal Mail, SingPost POPStation self-collection or NinjaVan Tracking Mail. For more information, please refer to “Shipping & Delivery”. 

 

HOW FAST ARE ORDER(S) PROCESSED?

All paid order(s) are prepared and dispatched out within 24 hours for postage or within 48 hours for self-collection. For more information, please refer to “Shipping & Delivery”. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER(S) GETS LOST IN SHIPPING?

All shipping will be via Singpost. Occasionally, mail loss or delay may occur which is beyond our control, we will not be responsible. We strongly recommended you to opt for smartpac postage which comes with a tracking number. Normal postage will be free of charge while additional $3.50 will be added in for smartpac postage per order(s).

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER(S) WERE DAMAGED?

For fragile items, we use bubble wraps and corrugated cards to minimize the damage as little as possible. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged or not usable, please email us at sales@littlepartystuffs.com with a snapshot of the item(s) and order number. We will advise you accordingly via email.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS?

We take extra care in packing your orders before dispatching. For any incorrect or missing items from your order list, please email us at sales@littlepartystuffs.com . We will advise you accordingly via email.

 

RETURN/REFUND

Kindly take note all order(s) placed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure and double check the correct item(s), design(s) and quantity have been placed in cart before checking out.
