Returns / Refunds

Order(s) placed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.

 

Faulty / Missing Items

All order(s) are carefully checked & packed before dispatch. But in unlikely event if you found the item(s) are faulty or missing from order list, we are happy to offer the exchange/replacement if applicable. Do contact us via email at sales@littlepartystuffs.com together with a snapshot of the item(s) received and order number. We will advise you accordingly via email.

If you have any feedbacks or complaints with any of our services and/or policies, please contact us via email at sales@littlepartystuffs.com. We promised to reply to all emails within 1 working day upon receiving, excluding weekends and public holidays.
