Shipping & Delivery

All order(s) submitted will receive an "order confirmation" standard email indicated that we received the order(s) successfully.

 

Then another "Awaiting bank transfer payment" email will be send with payment advice details for customers to make payment. Upon receiving this email, order(s) will be reserved for the next 24 hours pending payment from customers. Currently, the only payment mode will be Bank Transfer via ibanking or ATM transfer. Order(s) will be automatically cancelled after the 24 hours timeframe without payment. Kindly reply to the same email with the details stated inside for our payment verification purpose.

 

Once payment verified, all instock order(s) are sent for packaging and dispatch within the next 24 hours for mailing and 48 hours for self-collection.

 

For mailing, all order(s) are shipped via SingPost normal postage (without tracking number) or NinjaVan postage (with tracking number). Singpost usually takes about 2 – 5 working days (excluded weekends & Public Holiday) while NinjaVan usually takes about 1-3 working days (excluded weekends & Public Holiday). But can take longer from time to time due to unforeseeable issues. Singpost normal postage will be free of charge but with the risk of delay/lost mail due to no tracking which we will not take responsible for. Customers are advised to opt for NinjaVan postage at additional of $3 per order(s).

 

For self-collection, all order(s) are dropped off to the preferred locations indicated by customers during checkout via POPStation. We will drop off the order(s) within 2 days upon successfully receive payment. Please collect the order(s) within 48 hours (2 days) upon receiving the "collection details" email from us. Self-collection service will be charge at additional $3.50 per order(s).
